In Sept. 26th, 1972, the company was formally established in No. 25 Factory, Lane 242, Sec. 3, Jhongjheng Rd., Rende Township, Tainan covering 18,000 square feet with the main production of polished steel bar.
In 1974, along with the market demand, we purchased three additional steel bar extraction/expansion machine to specialize in producing 6mm to 25mm products and reached 600 tons of production monthly.
In 1979, we introduced a new semi-automatic extraction/expansion machine from Japan and it specializes in the production of 10 mm to 25mm polished steel bars to enhance production to 900 tons monthly.
In 1982, in order to reduce production costs, we introduced a new automatic extraction/expansion machine from Japan and it specializes in the production of 30m to 100m of polished steel bars. Production can be up to 1,500 tons per month.
Layout foreign markets and products are begun to export to the mainland China, Southeast Asia, and Korea.
To tie in with the 1992 operating growth and adequate supply of the market need, the factory was expanded to 72,000 square feet. We introduced an automatic extraction/expansion machine to reach our total machinery numbers to be seven.
In 2007, in response to market and customer needs, we were actively into ISO 9001-2000 quality management and aimed to upgrade the company operating management system.
